 A new trend emerged in the 1990s: a shift of city dwellers from metropolitan areas to small towns and cities. This trend is particularly evident in the South, as this region has attracted more growth, second homes, and increases in income and education levels. It's nice to get such recognition and especially from a good hearted man such as Gerald Sweitzer. I had the opportunity to correspond with Mr. Sweitzer and it's obvious that this was not a money driven venture. It was a labor of love and something they have both wanted to do for a long time.
